Lectures in the Bachelor of Informatics Distance Learning Study Program are conducted online using the CELOE Learning Management System (LMS) for asynchronous learning and the ZOOM application for synchronous learning.

In LMS CELOE students can see all learning materials, both in video and non-video form. In addition, there are various learning activities such as discussion forums, assignments, and quizzes. The definition of ‘attendance’ at the ‘meeting’ of each subject is determined from the ‘ completion ‘ activity for each topic studied. For example, on a topic of a completion course, it is regulated based on two activities, namely participation in discussion forums and listening to learning videos. When a student has completed the two activities according to the time provided, the student is declared ‘present’. The completion settings will vary depending on the learning achievement of each subject topic.

In addition to the asynchronous learning mode, lecturers and students can interact via video conference using the Zoom application. On this occasion, students can directly ask the lecturers about things they don’t understand related to the material being studied. The implementation of video conferencing is carried out flexibly depending on needs. The implementation is in accordance with the agreement between lecturers and students.
