Matakuliah ini mencakup pemahaman tentang kebutuhan atau masalah yang berkaita dengan hal teknis maupun non teknis dari sebuah masyarakat sasar dan implementasi kegiatan atau produk yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan atau menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.
This course includes an understanding of the needs or problems related to technical and non-technical matters of a targeted community and the implementation of activities or products that can meet the needs or solve the problem.
